Pebble Beach is synonymous with golf but there’s so much more to the spectacular property, The Lodge at Pebble Beach Golf and Spa Resort. Chris and I love the links and are frequently known to get at least one golf game in together on our family vacations.
The Lodge property is nestled close to three fantastic courses including the number one publicly enjoyed course in the country! Pebble Beach is perhaps the most well known, Spyglass Hill has intoxicatingly beautiful views, and The Links at Spanish Bay feel like you’ve stepped right onto the greens of Scotland or Ireland. Of course there’s an emphasis on golf while staying at this spectacular resort but in addition to getting together on the greens health seekers can get active in the fitness center, riding bikes, horseback riding, hiking and taking in a dip in the pristine pools. It’s worth noting the spectacular Casa Palmero has recently been reimagined and they’ve added Fairway villas to the property, giving travelers the ability to truly customize their accommodation experience.
Beautiful Monterey County is an amenity on its own. Rolling green hills and sunsets that set the ocean aglow elevate just about any outdoor activity during your stay! Strolls, jogs, and tennis can be paired with your favorite fitness classes on the property ensuring a hearty workout regimen between rounds on the courses.
The Pebble Beach Equestrian Center
I wanted to share a little extra about the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center. As a horse lover since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of having a horse farm and a whole family of horses and ponies to care for daily. Life has taken me another route and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to visit fabulous equestrian centers like this to feed my passion (until I officially convert Chris into a cowboy full time.) Ride 27 miles of trails here and explore the forest and beach on horseback. If you’re in the area, be sure to take a look at this spectacular spot!
Incredible Spa Treatments at Pebble Beach
A round (or three) of golf can take its toll on your muscles, thankfully the 22,000 square foot spa has everything you need for a completely pampering experience… and then some. The Lasapa Lelima treatment is a special Esselen tribe-inspired bathing ritual meant to cleanse and detoxify your skin and includes regionally grown white sage and elderberry. This special experience fuels your skin with nutrients needed to heal and preserve its beauty.
The Wellness Head to Toe deeply exfoliates your skin before pulling out toxins with a rich clay mask. After the mask has been cleaned from your body you’re lathered in a special moisturizing blend of CBD, arnica and ginger shea butter cream – and it even has a dose of caffeine to perk your circulation and rejuvenate your skin!
Kickstart your spa day with the Women’s Water Ritual, an offering to female guests. Soak and steam your body with perfectly timed aromatic moments. This ritual fully relaxes you and prepares you for the best spa experience possible.

Pebble Beach is home to a host of mouthwatering and toast-inspiring experiences. Two of Chris and my favorites while staying here are The Tap Room and Stillwater Bar and Grill. Both are equally delicious; The Tap Room is a favorite for more casual just-off-the-links dining where you can fuel up on their incredible Crab Louis Salad or one of the chef’s specialties. At Stillwater Bar and Grill you can savor fine dining delights like fresh locally caught seafood served in imaginative dishes.
Vineyard-held tastings, magnificent views on horseback, peaceful moments on the gorgeously manicured golf course… all of these special experiences come together to create a full body, mind, and soul vacation in Pebble Beach.
