As I sit down to write this, I can barely contain my excitement—it's practically bubbling over! After months of tireless dedication, countless hours of deep work, and a commitment that's seen me through blood, sweat, and yes, even a few tears, I am thrilled to finally unveil Well Inspired Travels 2.0. This launch represents not just a business venture, but a labor of love, passion, and purpose. For the past six months, I've been head down, laser-focused on bringing this vision to life. From the depths of biohacking experiments to the sweat-soaked sanctuary of the infrared sauna and the intensity of the gym, as I said literally blood, sweat and tears!  I've poured my heart and soul into every aspect of this endeavor. And amidst the challenges and rewards along the way, I've felt the guiding hand of my father, watching over me from above. With each door he opened, each one he gently closed, and the countless angels he placed in my path, I've felt his presence urging me forward. Dad, I hope you're watching with a smile on your face, filled with pride at what your baby girl has achieved. So here we are, at the threshold of Well Inspired Travels 2.0, and I am beyond grateful that you are here to share this momentous occasion with me. Welcome, dear friends, to a journey filled with inspiration, wellness, and boundless possibilities!

SO here we go, as your trusted luxury wellness consultant, I'm thrilled to journey with you, where aging isn't just a number but a privilege and an accomplishment. Join me as I share my experiences, insights, and strategies for embracing aging with grace and vitality.  At 46, I see aging as an opportunity for growth, wisdom, and self-discovery. It's a journey I've embraced with enthusiasm, understanding that while challenges may arise, they are merely opportunities for growth and evolution. My proactive mindset towards aging has shaped my experience, allowing me to navigate its intricacies with resilience and determination.

For me, aging isn't about loss; it's about gaining wisdom and seizing opportunities to thrive. I've never harbored a fear of aging; instead, I embrace it wholeheartedly, knowing that each passing year brings new experiences and lessons. However, I am keenly aware of the potential challenges that come with aging, from decreased energy to hormonal imbalances and a decline in mental sharpness. These are not just concerns but areas I actively address to maintain my vitality and well-being.


Throughout my life, I've prioritized maintaining balance in health, mind, and spirit. This balance, coupled with my commitment to discipline and consistency, has been instrumental in helping me navigate the ebbs and flows (I speak a lot about this in my Chill & Chats) of life with grace. One of my guiding principles is the 80/20 balance, which emphasizes moderation and allows me to indulge while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, whether while at home or traveling.


Join me as I share the strategies that have kept me not just surviving, but thriving, as I age. From respecting my body to embracing what the universe offers, I'll explore how these practices can lead to a harmonious life filled with vitality and joy. In sharing a glimpse of my life, I find joy in my family, my husband Chris Pronger, and his journey in exploring this next chapter of his life. My precious girlfriends, my dogs, and our special Chill & Chats each week bring me immense happiness and fulfillment. Additionally, I'm excited about rebranding and launching WIT 2.0, where we'll continue our journey towards optimal wellness together.

I’m passionate about exploring the most cutting-edge luxury wellness properties and integrating state-of-the-art biohacking tools and technologies into my routine. From practicing transcendental meditation to incorporating contrast therapy and red light therapy, I've been on a quest for optimal wellness. But it doesn’t stop there. My research and curiosity have led me to embrace innovative biohacking wearables like my WHOOP band for tracking HRV, the LEVELS app for monitoring CGM feedback, and customized IV therapy drips for targeted nutrient delivery. Cryotherapy sessions, coupled with my Bon Charge Infrared PEMF Biomat, have become essential tools of my wellness tool belt. And let's not forget the invaluable insights gained from two Dexa scans, witnessing the growth of my muscle mass over nine months, along with a VO2 max test and a PRENUVO full-body MRI scan in Dallas. Oh and I've perfected the most delicious nutrient dense 12-ingredient power protein milkshake and curated clean recipes to roll out soon.  This is just the start of the tools, tricks, hacks, and insights I can't wait to share with this incredible community of women, igniting a flame of empowerment and wellness that will illuminate our collective journey forward.


Studying and practicing biohacking tools and methods on myself for optimization has become a fascinating pursuit over the past 10 years, and I'm eager to share these insights with you to help you level up and optimize your health. As your biggest supporter and cheerleader in life, my purpose is to help every woman find their "well achieving the SUPER well" level for mind, body, and spirit. Heck, WHY NOT?!?!
