How can you tell it’s sunset at the St. Regis Deer Valley? Besides the glowing orange light across the Wasatch Mountains you’ll know from the nightly champagne sabering! Truly an indulgence for my mind, body, and soul, I love venturing to Park City for a couple’s retreat or a getaway for the entire family.
The beauty of Utah is unparalleled. I find myself in awe every time I visit because it truly seems to have everything! Mountain views for miles, fresh air, and sunshine virtually massage my spirit during every trip. Our family loves to ski and hike, so this region is a favorite of ours when we’re craving some time outside of the city and in the heart of nature.
Fitness Finds at St. Regis
If you’re ready to spend a day off the equally enchanting and exciting slopes, the St. Regis Athletic Club has three thousand square feet of fitness offerings ready to keep you active. I love the TechnoGym and there’s also free weights, personal training options, and a yoga/pilates studio on site.
The pristine heated outdoor pool winds around the resort and is open all year long. Imagine swimming laps in October with sweeping mountain views around you? Yes, it’s possible!
Learn from the best on your next ski vacation! The St. Regis Deer Valley lets Hall-of-Famer and Paralympic Medalist Chris Wadell; a unique experience that’s sure to enhance both your spirit and your skiing skills!
Park City Activities I Love
Park City is a year round destination for wellness. Winter sports lovers can enjoy enhancing their fitness on the slopes while skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and they’re just a quick drive to Utah’s Olympic Park! Because we have an Olympian in our family, we always try to visit this special spot while in the area.
During the summer you can find Chris fly fishing and our entire family hiking, biking, and trail riding. Horseback riding is one of my most favorite family activities – and it’s quite a workout, too! Park City is home to the world renowned Sundance Film Festival, several music festivals, and the area is host to a variety of arts and cultural haunts you can stroll through during your visit.
The convenient locale of St. Regis Deer Valley makes it easy to travel off site to visit a state parks like Wasatch Mountain State Park and Jordanelle State Park and you’re just a about a half an hour away from Salt Lake City’s attractions!
Wellness at the Remède Spa
The St. Regis Deer Valley’s Remède has made this locale a complete wellness destination for me. This spa offers a series of treatments inspired by water, an element that’s undeniably essential to our whole body health. Steam rooms and saunas perfectly complement treatments that are expertly coordinated by professionals always making each of my visits better than the last. Remède’s full line of relaxation and wellness services include wraps, facials, polishes, massage, and more. As a clean living enthusiast, I was thrilled to know that their treatments are enhanced with fresh and natural products.
