I’m beyond excited to introduce you to our new weekly series, “Chill & Chats.” This has been brewing in my heart and mind for quite some time, and I can’t wait to dive into these sessions with all of you. Every week, we’re going to meet up, get real, and explore some deep topics—all while I’m sitting in a 40-degree cold tub. Yes, you heard that right! We’ll be literally and figuratively chilling as we chat about the ups and downs of life.
Why a Cold Tub?
You might be wondering, “Why on earth is she doing this in a cold tub?” Well, there’s something incredibly powerful about facing discomfort head-on. Sitting in that icy water is a metaphor for life’s challenges. It’s about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable, pushing through fears, and emerging stronger on the other side. Just as the cold tub tests my physical limits, our discussions will explore the emotional and mental challenges we all face. Together, we’ll learn to navigate these waters and find the rewards in overcoming whatever life throws our way.

This series lights me up, and I hope it will do the same for you. I believe that my dad is watching over me, pushing me to share these gifts and imperfections, and just be myself.
