  • MONTANA

This week, we’re leaving the hustle and bustle of the city and traveling west, to the 4th largest state with the 44th largest population. Home to the nation’s first National Park and the largest grizzly bear population in the lower 48. We’re ready for stunning landscapes, outdoor culture, fishing, canoeing, hiking, biking and so much more. So, clean off your best cowboy boots and let’s head to Montana. One of the most northernly states in the US, Montana (from the Spanish for mountain) is the perfect place from which to access magnificent Glacier National Park, and the north and northeast entrances of Yellowstone National Park, both containing rich environments to backpack, hike, and explore. Montana is all about adventure in wide-open spaces, so it’s no wonder it is lovingly referred to as Big Sky Country. The Ranch at Rock Creek Let’s saddle up and ride over to The Ranch at Rock Creek, a luxury dude ranch set on 10 miles of Montana ranchland. A pioneer of luxury in the wild, The Ranch at Rock Creek, was the very first ranch to receive the Forbes Five Star award. Easy to reach from Missoula International Airport or by private jet, in and out of nearby Bowman Field Airport, families, couples and friends will discover that The Ranch at Rock Creek is a place that offers a taste of true West without sacrificing true comfort. Accommodations at The Ranch at Rock Creek are varied; in addition to the nine rooms in the main lodge, The Ranch also features 3 Historic Barn Rooms, 7 Private Log Cabin Homes, and 10 Canvas Cabins, for the ultimate in glamping. We love that The Ranch is an all-inclusive experience which includes an almost limitless number of activities like horseback riding on trails that weave among the resorts’ 6000+ acres, fly fishing in Blue Ribbon Rock Creek, a ropes course, hiking, wildlife watching, mountain biking, sporting clays, archery, and games in The Granite Lodge. For the little dudes, ages 4 – 12, there is The Little Grizzly’s Kids Club with daily ranch activities to inspire and awe the kiddos. WIT is here to set up customized excursions for you based on personal interests, so whether fly fishing, bird watching, or a gourmet campfire dinner under a blanket of big sky and stars, an immersive experience is our sweet spot. Additionally, we are delighted to offer our guests one premium bottle of wine upon arrival, $100 ranch credit (may be used at The Granite Spa or The Mercantile), and early check-in/late check-out, subject to availability. The Resort at Paws Up Located about 30 miles from Missoula International Airport, is The Resort at Paws Up, a luxury mountain resort situated on a sprawling, 37,000-acres with a real-life working ranch, endless forests and 10 miles of the Blackfoot River on property. At this stunning, all-inclusive resort, you can choose from 28 luxurious vacation homes with two to four bedrooms, all with the option to have a luxe tent pitched in the backyard, or you can experience upscale glamping in one of 36 luxury tents, with beautiful furnishings, private bathrooms, and even the services of a Camping Butler. All of the accommodations provide rustic elegance and comfort in the most beautiful location. The Resort at Paws Up is ideal for a family vacation adventure, whether horseback riding, trout fishing or river rafting, followed by a chuck wagon dinner with s’mores and stargazing. As if the property wasn’t private enough, why not spend a day at the Island Lodge at Salmon Lake. A short 15 minute drive away, is your own private island surrounded by pines and a multitude of warm weather lake activities, with fine cuisine and extraordinary scenery. At WIT, we are excited to put together a bespoke Montana adventure with Paws Up as your base camp. Made up of twelve secluded Haus accommodations, this natural setting is all about privacy. It’s the ideal disconnect for two. Triple Creek Ranch If you are seeking a big sky vacation for the adults, we might suggest Triple Creek Ranch, a member of Relais & Châteaux, where you will be enchanted by this all-inclusive adult only ranch. There is so much to do at this award-winning hideaway in the Bitterroot Mountains of Montana, we just want to ensure you stay long enough to enjoy it all. You might do some snow shoeing, or opt to join the ranch staff to drive cattle. Of course, there's a hefty dose of pampering included with 25 luxurious log cabins with outdoor hot tubs and wood-burning fireplaces, not to mention the extraordinary service that comes along with it. The Firehole is proud to be a member of the National Historic Register, an honor roll of our nation’s cultural landmarks. We love the Perry’s Rooftop pool urban oasis feel, with 360-degree views of the Historic District, an amazing spot to refresh and unwind at the end of the day. Also try one of the group Yoga classes on the rooftop or check out Ōtium Studio, a boutique yoga, fitness and wellness studio located just steps from the hotel. Montage Palmetto Bluff Head North about 40 miles, cross into South Carolina, and follow the May River to Montage Palmetto Bluff. Set on 20,000 acres, encompassing a nature preserve, two picturesque villages featuring nine Southern-inspired dining options, shopping and kids club activities. For the outdoor aficionados, this is a sporting paradise with Jack Nicklaus Signature May River Golf Course, tennis, boating, water skiing, tubing, biking, kayaking, fishing, sporting clays, equestrian activities and more. We love to start the day off looking for shells on the beach or crabbing with the local guide. Afternoons can be spent exploring 15 miles of trails on cruiser bikes or sipping julips playing croquet or bocce. Evenings are meant for sunset cruises on Grace, the resort’s 60-foot antique motor yacht or hanging by the campfire making s’mores. The 200 key resort offers a combination of rooms, suites, cottages and private residences- all beautifully appointed to reflect the low country heritage with the utmost attention to detail and style. With WIT’s partnership at Montage Palmetto Bluff, we are delighted to add in a few special perks like, $60 daily breakfast credit per bedroom, served in restaurant or in-room dining, $100 spa credit, upgrades and early check-in/late checkout, if available. The Bluff is family friendly with lots of kids activities to entertain and engage (they won’t even remember they have phones!) Explore one of the three hand-crafted treehouses designed and built by the father-son duo of Wayne and Heath Edwards. The structures wrap around live oaks without touching any part of the tree….and it’s not just the kids that love them! The little ones might want to hang out at Paint Box with a great mix of activities for ages 5 to 12 to include games, crafts, movies and engaging activities. Outside play includes active choices like bike riding, nature hikes, lawn games, sports and scavenger hunts. For the adults, Palmetto Bluff has an abundance of ways to relax and reconnect. Whether it’s “porching” at the Inn (yes, that’s a thing), relaxing at one of the poolside cabanas for some afternoon “us time” with lively libations, or booking a couples treatment at the Spa Montage, The Bluff will work its magic. Use your spa credit at the Spa Montage and Salon. The Masterpiece, is the ultimate in anti-aging and cellular rejuvenation. Designed exclusively for Spa Montage, this amazing treatment incorporates six different masks including a collagen treatment. You will leave glowing like a true piece of artwork! Spa Montage includes 13 treatment rooms, a plunge pool, whirlpool, steam sauna, fitness room, salon and boutique. We love that there are eight inspired dining options that feature the best local and seasonal ingredients. For a more upscale experience, we recommend Octagon for a contemporary take on traditional southern flavors. If you are looking for a grab and go panini, a few local beers, or a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee, The Canteen will be your go to. After a day exploring the resort, browsing the on-property shops or swimming in the outdoor pool, stop in at Fore & Aft overlooking the lagoon and enjoy some tasty Tex-Mex. Sea Island Resort Now we head back to Georgia, to visit one of our family’s favorite annual vacation spots! For the past 6 years, once the kids are out of school, we have celebrated with a trip here. Sea Island has been a vacation destination since 1928, with four Forbes Five-Star experiences: The Cloister at Sea Island, The Lodge at Sea Island, The Spa at Sea Island, and the Georgian Room restaurant. It is the only resort in the world to have received these prestigious awards for 12 consecutive years. We love the five miles of private beach, tennis center, TRX training, paddle boarding, multiple wellness options, Camp Cloister for the kids, kayaking, shopping, dining and three championship golf courses, including Seaside and Plantation, home of the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic. Guests may also enjoy nearby Broadfield, a Sea Island Sporting Club and Lodge, offering a variety of seasonal hunting, fishing, sporting and organic culinary opportunities. Located on the southeastern coast of Georgia, there is literally something for everyone and it’s so easy to get here whether by car from Savannah (about 90 miles) or flying private into Glynco Jetport (BQK), about 8 miles away. Perfect for a special getaway or golf vacation, The Lodge at Sea Island has been a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond resort since its opening in 2001. The antebellum feel and stunning ocean views from the 57 guest rooms, suites, and Lodge Golf Cottages, will spoil the most discriminating traveler, while some of the special amenities include personal butler service, with complimentary rose petal baths, along with milk and cookies before bedtime. The Cloister, is ideal for groups and families, as it offers an abundance of activities amid Five-Star accommodations. With over 200 room or suite types, the Cloister is elegant and fun, luxurious and friendly. Choose a room or a suite in the Cloister Main Building near the Sea Island Yacht Club, Spa, Fitness and Tennis Center. The Cloister Beach Club is a stone’s throw from the private beach, swimming pools, water sports and activities. For more privacy and space, The Cloister Ocean Residences are stunning and fully equipped. Guests of The Lodge and The Cloister have equal access to all the Sea Island facilities with full signing privileges. WIT also has special access to both lodging options, and offers our guests breakfast daily in restaurant for two guests per bedroom, $100 resort credit that can be used at any of the Sea Island venues, a special bubbly welcome amenity, as well as, early check-in/late check-out and a room type upgrade, if available. For a limited time, Virtuoso guests, are being offered an additional daily $100 resort credit to use while on property, valid at The Cloister, The Lodge, or the Cottage Rentals properties. The Spa at Sea Island is a destination onto itself. Make sure you schedule some time in this incredible Forbes Five-Star sanctuary with over 65,000 square feet of space with innovative and traditional spa techniques, fitness programs, state of the art equipment and extensive specialized and signature therapies. The Spa menu is one of the most unique we have seen, with items like Southern Comfort Massage (tailored swedish massage), Bio Energy Lift Facial (regenerating & oxygenating facial), Mamma Mia Facial (for pregnant or nursing mothers), plus options for kids and teens, couples and athletes. The fitness area has a plethora of group and private classes in cardio, mind/body and strength training. We can’t get enough of the nutrition menu, which offers classes like Digestive Wellness and Holistic Happy Hour. With over 13 different outlets for dining options, Sea Island experiences range from a romantic evening of elegant, full-course dining, to a casual outdoor lunch overlooking the ocean. Almost all the food and beverage outlets offer healthy options like beautiful fresh salads, artfully prepared vegetables and of course, freshly caught seafood. When it’s just the grown-ups, we recommend a table at the Forbes Five-Star kitchen, The Georgian. This utterly gorgeous dining room is set to reflect the Chef’s vision of reinventing classic dishes using French techniques. Either a la carte or multi-course prix fixe, menus are designed daily with what is market fresh each day. For a more casual, kid-centric meal, our family loves pizza at Tavola’s or gourmet burgers and fries from Wonderland (save room for the amazing ice cream!). With a group, we always try to celebrate together with a real southern low country seafood boil, featuring gulf shrimp, lobster and local corn, all cooked and served together. It is the most fun way to dive into the area’s heritage cuisine while gathered around the family table. We hope you enjoyed your jaunt down South….y’all come back! Chatham Bars Inn First, we head to historic Cape Cod, known as one of New England’s world class beach vacation destinations. About an hour by car from Boston, is Chatham, MA, a charming town originally incorporated in 1712. Aside from incredible marine adventures Chatham offers, the quaint Main Street is known for chic boutiques, white steepled churches and intriguing art galleries. A visit to the busy commercial fishing pier reveals the thriving fishing village that exists beneath Chatham’s stylish façade. To step back in time to the grand oceanfront resort of days past, Chatham Bars Inn, is the place. Having first opened in 1914, but since, restored to its original grandeur, with the latest amenities, Chatham Bars Inn sits on 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and private beaches, with several boats for sailing, sportfishing or a day trip to Nantucket Island. The property’s 217 guest rooms and cottages range from rooms at the Main Inn to oceanview cottages. The room types and styles vary in look, but all include the top notch finishes and comfort one would expect from an old-world summer resort. Chatham Bars Inn, has an on-property farm that produces well over 100,000 pounds and 125 varieties of vegetables. It also features innovative farming techniques, such as hydroponics and Slovenian beekeeping. Make time to see Chatham Lighthouse, one of the most scenic lighthouses on the East Coast, or stroll Chatham Fish Pier, especially in the morning hours when you'll spot fishing boats unloading the days catch. Additionally, the Inn offers complimentary, daily boat shuttle service to the Cape Cod National Seashore’s North Beach Island, as well as, marine activities like lobstering, fishing, sailing adventures, whale watching and private charters to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. For an authentic culinary outing, let WIT plan your own beachfront Lobster & Clambakes, for the quintessential New England experience. Whether you choose golf, tennis, fishing, cooking classes or simply beaching out, Chatham Bars Inn, will deliver with style. The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club Still in charming Chatham, is Cape Cod's only Forbes Five-Star resort, The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. Wequassett, the Wampanoag Indian word for “crescent on the water”, is reflected in the resort’s layout of over 23 acres, comprised of twenty buildings scattered around the waterfront, overlooking Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The 121 rooms and suites, are designed to blend in with Cape Cod architecture, that is both charming and sophisticated. All accommodations have a deck, balcony or patio, for taking in the stunning waterfront views, with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We love that Wequassett also offers villas and a private cottage for groups or family travel. The list of daily activities and adventures is endless. For the golfer, the most enticing of them, is that the neighboring Cape Cod National Golf Club, which allows play for resort guests, is one of the most prestigious clubs in the nation. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate Wequassett’s four all-weather plexi-pave regulation courts. Daily drill clinics are offered, and the resident pro is available for private lessons. Wequassett recently completed an extensive renovation of their pool area to include private cabanas. An elevated Brazilian wood boardwalk wraps around the pool area with a 270-degree sweeping view of Round Cove, not to mention endless water sports, boating, Olympic sized lap pool and a children’s club. A private kayak tour of the Monomoy River aka “Muddy Creek”, would make for a perfect afternoon, and if you’d like to leave the resort for some local shopping or site seeing, there is a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby towns of Chatham, Orleans, Harwich and Brewster. Wequassett offers four dining options on property. Hailed as "Cape Cod’s premier dining destination, for both the cuisine and 180-degree view of Pleasant Bay,” and awarded Four Star, Four Diamonds, the widely acclaimed, Twenty-Eight Atlantic, is all about fresh takes on New England fare. Try the tableside petit clambake with an emulsified butter poached lobster, bliss potatoes and asparagus, for a truly upscale version of a Cape Cod beach classic. Next we are off to Newport, Rhode Island, about 1.5 hours from the Cape. What Chatham is to cozy beach cottages, Newport is to stunning Gilded Age mansions. People flock to Newport to see the mansions, where the Vanderbilts, the Astors, and the Morgans, lived more than a century ago. Also known for hosting the Newport Jazz Festival, cobblestone streets, a cool upscale downtown area, and a thriving waterfront, Newport has so much happening on any given day, it’s the perfect shore vacation spot. When visiting places like Cliff Walk or the International Tennis Hall of Fame, you'll notice that most people are walking or riding bikes as their primary mode of transportation- so charming to pedal around town like a local! We love a trip to Fort Adams, deactivated in 1950, the Fort is a National Historic Landmark and was named for President John Adams. It was actually active during the War of 1812. It’s a great place to spend the day, and is home to many fun attractions, like President Eisenhower's summer White House (Eisenhower House), the Museum of Yachting, Sail Newport Sailing Center and USS Bennington Memorial. For all you history buffs, we can plan a Fort excursion complete with private tours, fishing, luxe picnics, kite flying and some of the most scenic views of Narragansett Bay and Newport Bridge. The Fort is also home to both the Newport Folk Festival, and the world-famous Newport Jazz Festival. Vanderbilt Starting our tour in town, the Vanderbilt, Auberge Resorts Collection, is a historic boutique hotel, just minutes from the waterfront area, and is one of the town’s best kept secrets. Originally built by Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt, the 1909 property is a vintage Newport mansion that has been restored to its former glory. It is one of the few private homes of the era to operate for guests as a fully functioning hotel. Today, the mansion offers 33 stylishly appointed rooms and luxury suites, whose features will make any of the Vanderbilts feel right at home.  The multi-purpose rooftop deck is ideal for morning vinyasa and integrated yoga flow classes, over sunrise views of the Bay. In the evening, it is the best spot to sip your favorite adult beverage, as the sun sets over the harbor. The Chanler Newport's captivating 3.5-mile Cliff Walk is the perfect place for panoramic ocean views, crashing waves and a one-way hike that borders the back lawn of The Breakers, among the other famous Newport mansions. Located along the Cliff Walk, is The Chanler at Cliff Walk, a luxury hotel set among the gilded jewels, Newport is famous for. The 20 rooms and suites are classic and distinguished, with different styles taken from Newport’s rich history. The manicured gardens, ocean views and timeless décor, all add up to serenity in a timeless setting that bring you back to polished silver and upscale refinement. Boasting beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as an open kitchen featuring a custom-crafted French Bonnet cooking, Cara restaurant is a must, when in Newport. Translating to "dear one" in Italian and "friend" in Gaelic, executive Chef Jacob Jasinski has curated a modern interpretation of fine dining utilizing the freshest and best ingredients from the Atlantic Ocean and farms from the New England region. Ocean House About an hour up the coast is Watch Hill, Rhode Island, where the historic Ocean House is located. This, completely restored resort, recalls the Golden Age of hospitality and living. This beachfront property has the feel of a boutique hotel with the perks of an expansive resort. Each of the Ocean Houses’ 49 guestrooms and 20 suites, is inspired by the oceanfront views with luxurious, yet comfortable décor. For a true New England experience, rent one of the Ocean Houses’ 6 cottages that provide unparalleled privacy, and are ideal for families and groups. They range in size from two-bedroom bungalows to a seven-bedroom grand home. All cottages have a dedicated concierge to handle the details, and guests have full access to all the resorts’ amenities and happenings. The Ocean House is located on a 1,000-foot stretch of private, white-sand beach, complete with beach cabanas and all the water sports and ocean activities one could wish for, to include sea kayaks and surfboards. The Ocean House also has entertaining activities like a culinary education program, championship croquet with an in-house pro, wellness programs, and daily sunset harbor cruises. We love the resorts Oh!Spa, the only Forbes Five-Star spa in Rhode Island, and among only 56 destination spas in the world to achieve the Five-Star rating. Consider trying one of the many local and organic treatments, like the Detox Marine Mud Wrap- 60 minutes that will improve circulation and detoxify the body while restoring vitality and tone to the skin. It’s like a blissful float in the ocean that leaves you glowing! After your massage, try one of the 5 restaurants on-property, offering a variety of cuisine, from fine dining to casual, all inspired by farm-to-table cuisine of the Atlantic Northeast. WIT has very close relationships with these properties, so we can extend exclusive perks and special amenities to our clients. If traveling with teens, our favorite hangout beaches are Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, which are connected by a three-mile boardwalk. Adjacent to Mission Beach is Belmont Park, featuring the vintage "Giant Dipper" roller coaster, an amusement arcade and the Wave House, home to San Diego's only FlowRide, a simulated surfing platform with a non-stop wave. The bluffs above the beach are part of the Torrey Pines State Reserve Park that is dedicated to preserving its namesake, the Torrey Pine tree (which grows only here). Eight miles of trails offer breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, both family-friendly paths and more advanced trails, the park provides a great hiking experience for all levels. La Quinta Resort and Club About 2 hours from San Diego, we arrive to iconic Palm Springs, a desert oasis for health and fitness, and the gorgeous, La Quinta Resort and Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. Scenically located at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, just 130 miles east of Los Angeles or 30 minutes from The Palm Springs International Airport. Set on 45 acres of land, the resort features 620 hacienda-style casitas and suites, and 98 private villas with 1 to 3 bedrooms (this remarkable resort has been a haven to Hollywood stars since 1926). All the accommodations are designed with the upmost luxe and comfort in mind. Plus, who wouldn’t love Salvatore Ferragamo bath amenities! All the rooms, suites and villas, are nestled around one of the 41 pools (YES, you read that right). Together with PGA WEST, the resort offers five unique golf courses designed by legends Nicklaus, Dye and Norman. But here, homage is also paid to the tennis player, as La Quinta Resort & Club, is home to one of the top five rated tennis facilities in the country. Guests of all skill levels can enjoy instruction and play on 23 tennis courts on clay and hard-court surfaces. And here’s one I bet you didn’t know, La Quinta is also the proud home to 8 pickleball courts. Being the fastest growing sport in the US, the resort has staff certified ITPTA professionals to teach and coach. It’s time to take lessons! La Quinta has a variety of dining options, get dressed up and enjoy some fine dining at Morgan’s in the Desert, with New American cuisine, inspired by two-time James Beard Award winning chef, Jimmy Schmidt. Our family loves The Marketplace, where we can grab specialty coffees, breakfast sandwiches and pastries, light fare and wood fired pizza, along with a wide selection of cold beverages, beer, wine and spirits. Whether we take out for a picnic or relax on the terrace amidst the stunning splendor of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Marketplace is a great way to go. For the grown-ups, check out the Après Swim program at PLUNGE, La Quinta Resort’s adults-only pool and pool bar. This très magnifique program is in partnership with premiere champagne house, Veuve Clicquot, so gather poolside as you toast the sunset with a glass of France’s finest bubbly…. • NASHVILLE, TN

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Nashville? Honky Tonk, The Bluebird Café, Johnny Cash? Well, you’re on the right track! Of course, people also travel here to see the Country Music Hall of Fame, the legendary Ryman Auditorium, and the hallowed halls of the Grand Ole Opry, but what if you also want to enjoy some inspired travel during your luxury vacation? How about exploring the walkable neighborhoods for great eats, drinks and shopping? Hold on tight because these Luxury Travel Consultants are two stepping you to Nashville, Tennessee. The Thompson Located in The Gulch neighborhood, we first arrive at The Thompson. You can’t beat this hotel’s location just south of downtown in a once-abandoned industrial area that’s gone through a total urban revitalization. Located on the same block as the iconic Station Inn, bluegrass and roots music venue, you will find this contemporary hotel with 224 rooms and suites, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and sliding barn doors. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar for some adult beverages and spectacular views of downtown Nashville. This fun and funky area between Music Row and Broadway, is home to boutique hotels, shops, live music venues, breweries and a slew of diverse dining options, whether it’s Nashville’s Hot Chicken or Ramen, you will find it here. Noelle Next we head to Printer’s Alley, where, in its earlier days it was a series of posts where men bound for the courthouse hitched their horses. Fast forward to the turn of the twentieth century and the area had become the center of Nashville’s printing industry.  After prohibition, nightclubs opened here in the 1940s, and the alley became a showcase for the talents of performers, like Boots Randolph, Chet Atkins, Waylon Jennings, Dottie West, The Supremes, Hank Williams, Barbara Mandrell, and Jimi Hendrix. Located steps from Printer’s Alley is Noelle, Nashville, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, where you can experience elegance amid luxuriously designed rooms and suites with large windows and sweeping views of the cityscape. Originally built in 1929, this beauty has been fully refurbished for the most discerning traveler. We love Noelle’s Little Prints, their art gallery where you can peruse local artist’s work, or get a charcuterie and craft cocktail at Trade Room. Located above the bar, are the Archives that include treasures to be explored from the original hotel. Hermitage Hotel In the center of Downtown, a few blocks from Printers Alley, you will find the award-winning Hermitage Hotel, the longest standing Nashville hotel built in 1910. Located across the street from the State Capitol and Legislative Plaza, it is an easy walk to the Nashville Convention Center, the Financial District and the nightlife of historic 2nd Avenue. The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is located nearby, and the Ryman Auditorium, the Tennessee Titans Stadium, and the Bridgestone Arena, are only a few blocks away. In its heyday, Nashville’s grand dame, set next to the State Capitol, hosted everyone from Hank Williams, Jr. to Patsy Cline. Each of the 122 grand guest rooms and suites are elegantly appointed with many of them offering spectacular views of the State Capitol and the Nashville skyline. The overall aesthetic pays homage to the classic beaux arts style, while providing the most fabulous amenities. During its most recent renovation, The Hermitage increased its room size to upgrade the experience. The Presidential Suite, is to die for, designed like a spacious apartment with coveted privacy and a connecting suite, for the ultimate group setting. The Holston House We leave Downtown and head over to the SoBro (South of Broadway) neighborhood. This area is known for “all things new”, housing the city’s Convention Center, live music venues, boutique properties, amazing restaurants and bars, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Once you hit “lower Broadway”, connecting you with Nashville’s world- famous Music Mile, a mile-long stretch of notable country music attractions, like Country Music Hall of Fame and the Music City Walk of Fame Park, you arrive at The Holston House Nashville. The 191 rooms and suites boast art deco façade paired with modern Nashville style, creating a premier hotel inspired by the Music City's history, charisma, and soul. Sliding barn doors and marble bath tiling meet velvet and leather room accents, with metal detailing, as well as brocade drapery. Kick back at Holston’s rooftop pool before heading out to kick up your boots. TENN, the rooftop bar, is renowned for its carefully selected bourbons, scotches and whiskeys…Yes ma’am! The Hutton Hotel Next, we head over to the Music Row District, considered the heart of Nashville’s entertainment. It is chock full of recording studios that have captured everything from Elvis’s “How Great Thou Art” to the Foo Fighters “Congregation”. Here you will find the historic RCA Studio B where Elvis recorded more than 260 songs. Dolly Parton, Roy Orbison, and many other artists have also recorded their music here. Music Row is also home to The Hutton Hotel, totally renovated in 2017, with 250 guestrooms and suites, including three Penthouse suites. All of the accommodations provide luxe comfort spiced up with vibrant Nashville energy. The Hutton has some very innovative creative spaces– the Writers Studios at Hutton Hotel-“Conceptualized by Dierks Bentley and Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic and brought to life by Studio 11 Design, the Writers Studios are fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and offer distinctive Hutton Hotel hospitality”. Not only are you steps away from the history that put Nashville on the map, you are literally in the same building where it might have been recorded. How cool is that? Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel Sandwiched between downtown, Music Row, The Gulch and Midtown is an area adjacent to Vanderbilt University. Here in the Midtown/Vanderbilt neighborhood you will find the lovely, Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel. Boasting “Southern hospitality with a modern twist”, these 339 rooms and suites are comfy, chic and outfitted for your enjoyment. We are big fans of the Lowe’s Concierge Level. Here, you’ll have private, key-only access to the exclusive 10th and 11th floors, and the private Concierge Lounge.  Start your day with a complimentary, expanded continental breakfast and then look forward to winding down during their evening reception with complimentary wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres. Music City isn’t just about the music, the local food scene is fantastic! Here is a glossary of Nashville’s most iconic food and drink: Hot Chicken- If you've never had Nashville’s Hot Chicken, we're talking about an ultra-crispy fried chicken doused with a cayenne-infused glaze…hot and spicy and so worth the extra cardio! Meat & Three- This is where the customer picks one meat from a daily selection of three to six choices, and three side dishes from a list that may include up to a dozen other options. A meat-and-three meal, is often served with cornbread and sweet tea. Goo Goo Cluster - is an American candy bar created in 1912 by Howell Campbell and the Standard Candy Company in Nashville, Tennessee. Think marshmallow nougat, caramel, and roasted peanuts covered in milk chocolate. Fruit Tea – The South has sweet tea, but Nashville is known for its fruit tea. This blend of orange, pineapple and lemonade is sweet and refreshing and goes great with Hot Chicken! Belle Meade Bourbon- Of course you can find lots of bourbon in Nashville, but we like this charcoal-mellowed whiskey which is signature to old-time Tennessee. In pre-Prohibition days, it was Charles Nelson’s Greenbrier Distillery that Nashvillians looked to for this local flavor. His grandsons, Charlie & Andy Nelson, have resurrected the name in Nashville and have made Belle Meade Bourbon what it is today. Bushwackers – This is basically a boozy milkshake filled with many types of liquor, but is usually rum based. Its origins are Caribbean, and its popularity spread across the Gulf Coast, mostly in touristy beach locales. Somewhere along the way, Bushwackers have become a party drinking staple in Nashville. So, now you’ve got the scoop….Nashville is classy, sassy and so much fun! WIT has very close relationships with these properties, so we can extend exclusive perks and special amenities to our clients.  Typically, you will receive complimentary breakfast for two daily, $100 or more resort credit to be utilized during your stay, room upgrade, either at the time of booking or arrival, and early check-in/late checkout, both subject to availability. At Well Inspired Travels, we love being luxury travel consultants and creating the ultimate experiences for you.  So, pack your digital bags and follow us as we uncover exceptional luxury and wellness focused vacations.  Check-in regularly for our top five-star travel ideas and tips, and as always, we continue to stay strong WIT you!

It’s home to the Cowboys, the Stars, the Mavericks, the Wings, and the Texas Rangers. The Arts District is the largest one in the US, spanning 68 acres and 19 contiguous blocks. Take a visit to the Katy Trail where you can jog, walk, inline skate, or bike the path that runs through the Uptown and Oak Lawn areas of the city, following the path of the old Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad, which was known as MKT or the Katy. After you refresh, meet in the Living Room lobby bar to kick back in the open concept space to enjoy some small bites and great conversation! Fairmont Dallas Our last hotel is the venerable Fairmont Dallas, located in the heart of the downtown Dallas Arts District. A luxurious respite in the heart of the city; each one of Fairmont Dallas' 545 elegant guestrooms and suites enjoy sweeping views of downtown Dallas with all the classic bells and whistles to ensure the utmost comfort. We love the location, as this iconic neighborhood was awarded a maximum 3-star rating by the prestigious Le Guide Vert – Michelin Green Guide.  The overall size and selections available in Dallas make it a great choice for many of your interests. And since we know everything is bigger in Texas, there’ll be lots of them!
